This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that is collected by or on behalf of the partnership of Kukan Studio Pty Ltd ACN 097 324 297 and Holly Owen trading as Champagne for the Ladies ABN 53 544 122 100 (collectively ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’).

This Privacy Policy sets out how we deal with personal information that we collect in relation to the distribution of the Coolest Girl in School Game (‘the Game’) and related services.

If we do collect personal information about you from your friends, we will use your personal information only to enable your friends to contact you via our on-line services for the purpose of making you aware of our goods and services and for no other purpose. We will ensure that your friends tell you that they have provided us with your personal information and provide you with details of how to access this Privacy Policy.
If you do not wish to receive such messages, please contact us and we will remove your personal information from our records.

We may disclose personal information to commercial partners in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may also provide personal information to:

We will not send your information outside of Australia in any other circumstances, unless we obtain agreement from the recipient to protect your information in accordance with Australian privacy law including to abide by the terms of this policy or we have your consent.
